Understanding Your Baby's Sleep

By combining heart rate patterns with motion data, Bundl classifies your baby's sleep into three stages, giving you real insight into how your baby is actually resting.

Deep Sleep

Heart rate slows and motion is minimal. Critical for growth and brain development. Bundl tracks the duration and quality of each deep sleep period.

Light Sleep

Heart rate slightly elevated, occasional movement. Natural REM-adjacent phase. Normal transitions between stages are completely expected.

Awake Periods

Higher heart rate and frequent motion. The app logs awake periods to help identify feeding windows, sleep readiness, and overtiredness signals.

Bundl uses Bluetooth Low Energy to connect to your phone. Live monitoring works over Bluetooth only, within typical 30+ foot range. Cloud syncing for data storage and data sharing requires an internet connection.
Bundl's PPG sensor provides continuous SpO2 readings accurate to within ±2% under normal conditions. Factors like excessive movement, cold extremities, or poor skin contact can affect readings. Results are wellness trend indicators, not clinical diagnostics.
Yes. The Bundl app supports multiple child profiles. Each Bundl device pairs to an individual child's profile, and you can switch between dashboards with a single tap from the app home screen.
Even with your phone on silent, Bundl alerts can bypass Do Not Disturb for designated critical notifications (where permitted by your phone's OS settings). We strongly recommend categorizing Bundl alerts as critical or emergency notifications in your device settings.
